FAQ
What is your booking availability?
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so booking early increases the likelihood of securing your preferred date. While we're open year-round, March to October typically offers the best conditions for photoshoots across various destinations.
Given the comprehensive nature of our Multiple Day Pass (MDP) and its extensive coverage, our calendar fills up quickly, limiting us to serving about 20 couples annually.
How does the “Split” work exactly?
The "Split" feature allows you to split a full day's photoshoot into two half-days at no additional cost. Each pass has a specific allowance for half-day splits (including Add-Ons) to accommodate logistical planning.
For example, with the Cruising Pass, which includes two full days of photoshoots over five days, you can now utilise it as two half-days plus one full day photoshoot instead.
This flexibility lets you explore more destinations and capture diverse moments, while also enjoying leisure or other activities for part of your day.
Should I be aware of any hidden fee?
We're committed to transparency in our pricing, giving you the freedom to plan according to your budget.
The fee includes the photographer, makeup artist, their travel costs, a specified number of images, and services listed in your package. It excludes optional purchases, wardrobes, props, entrance fees at destinations, and transportation costs like parking or gas for the day of photoshoot.
We often recommend carpooling between cities for convenience and a bit of road trip fun, with our photographer ready to take turns driving and share some of the cost
Do I need to shop for my own wardrobes?
Our decision to not include wardrobes directly stems from our desire to enhance personalisation and ensure authenticity in each couple's story. Through our styling service, we guide couples in selecting attire that truly reflects their personalities, offering a more customised experience.
Opting for specialised stores for renting or buying outfits provides a broader variety of high-quality, unique options, aligning with diverse tastes and themes.
Additionally, we're excited about future partnerships offering exclusive discounts to our clients, further enriching the customisation process and providing added value to your experience with us.
Can I reschedule or cancel the booking?
Once you've made a reservation with a deposit, you have the flexibility to reschedule your trip unlimited times without any administrative fees, suitable until 12 weeks before the pass starts and depends on slot availability.
If you need to reschedule within 12 weeks of your pass effective date, it's permitted once and subject to availability, with a 20% administrative charge on the total cost.
Cancellations are free within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% of the deposit is refundable until 12 weeks before the pass starts; 25% is refundable within 12 weeks before the start date
